I am seeking God right now and He is teaching me how to trust Him. I say I trust Him, I sing songs about trusting Him. I now must do, the trusting in Him.
I have faith in my heart that I know how and want to trust God and believe that I will. But I sometimes have a moment that I am worried and that for sure is a sign that I am indeed NOT trusting God.
One of the ways I hope to remedy these slips of trusting God is to do a study to the word..."trust". I hope to bring these verses to mind as I am in battle with my mind telling me that I can't do this thing, called "a Single Mommyhood".
I hope that you will share with me any verses or things God has taught you about Trusting Him.

Padre Pio said "Pray, Hope, and Don't Worry". Worry is just another word for having a lack of faith. But fear not. It doesn't mean you lack faith in God. One can lose faith in oneself and others. Just remember to cut yourself a break. Remember that whenever we fall God is teaching us to get up. Christ fell three time on the way to Calvary and in the Garden of Gethsemene he was afraid and asked his father to take this cup. There are a million lessons I learned after going through two divorces and having to do the single mom thing on two separate occasions. Best advice is pray and don't be afraid to ask for help. Oh and the Internet will show you how to fix just about anything ( well except for a broken heart and bruised ego).
